Warranty coverage depends on the product, brand, model, origin and applicable manufacturer or distributor terms. Not every item has the same coverage.
- Manufacturer warranty terms, if available, are set by the manufacturer or authorised service provider.
- Accessories, physical damage, liquid damage, misuse and unauthorised repairs are commonly excluded.
- Customers should keep the invoice and product serial number for any service request.
