Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation before an order is dispatched or prepared for handover. Once fulfilment has started, cancellation may not always be possible.
- If payment has already been made, refund timing depends on bank processing.
- Administrative or bank charges may apply where a payment reversal creates cost.
- We may cancel an order if product availability changes, payment cannot be verified or customer details are incomplete.
